Zira Center is located in the center of Belgrade is, and represents one of the most modern shopping centers in the country, unique in its structure. It was built to meet the needs of the contemporary markets and business. The entire facility consists of four interrelated parts:

Zira Center comprises 7000m ² of space intended for shopping and entertainment, and an underground parking lot on five levels, with than 450 parking spaces. Business hotel in the form of a reverse letter "Z" symbolizes a continuous connection between the facade volume of Cvijiceva and Roosevelt Street. The exclusive shopping area spreads over two floors, above the supermarket chain from Greece “Super Vero ". It is designed as an internal pedestrian zone connected to a supermarket and underground parking lot. On the first floor restaurant "Piccolo" is located and a playground for younger visitors. The famous restaurant "Zira" is located in the right wing of the building in Zira Hotel, which is designed primarily for business users.
