He worked as well under the leadership of Peter Gorton /Master Chefs of Great Britain/, from who he learned many techniques of cooking and combining ingredients, which then create unique dinning experience. Despite of the experiences and victories, still modest Roman Kovac, is simply the best of the best. There were total of 164 cooks in the competition. The Chef of Boutique hotel Tri Studnicky **** won and his food art was awarded not only by jury but by the super final quests as well. | ||
